How I work

From constraint to repeatable growth

My job is to identify what constrains growth, decide which lever deserves attention, and build the operating system that turns that decision into measurable outcomes.

Marketing functions divide the work. The customer and the P&L still stay as one. That is why my leadership has expanded across Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Customer and Partner Marketing.

Across payments, SaaS, marketplaces, and AI, the underlying challenge has been consistent: translating complex capabilities into customer value, adoption, and commercial results.

How AI changes the operating model

At KiwiQ.AI and Aurics.AI, I have built Human + AI workflows for research, positioning, messaging, launch execution, and growth operations. At KiwiQ, these approaches reduced launch cycles from approximately two weeks to 1-2 days, and three-day positioning revision and asset implementation that would normally take weeks.

My current work includes the AI Visibility Scorecard, practical Marketing Engineering systems, and Profound's Marketing Engineering certification (93%).
